  • Commercial track: MSP go-to-market strategy, productising Microsoft services, commercialising Copilot services, building a complete Microsoft managed service, commercialising security and TDR, and a productisation workshop / open forum where MSPs share the barriers they're hitting.
  • Technical track: Keeping the attack story fictional with M365 security tooling. A walkthrough of how real attacks are prevented through better configuration of the products MSPs already pay for.
