Microsoft Ignite 2026 prize draw terms and conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is free to enter and is open only to individuals who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;
• Are attending Microsoft Ignite 2026 in San Francisco, California;
• Are employed by or represent a Managed Service Provider (MSP); and
• Either:
  • book a demonstration with an Inforcer sales representative during the Event, either through the designated Event promotional page or directly with an Inforcer sales representative; or
  • complete the free entry form available at the Promoter's booth during the Event.

Both methods of entry will receive equal treatment and identical odds of winning.

Government and public sector employees, including educators and employees, officers or representatives of government-owned or government-controlled entities, are not eligible to enter or receive a prize.

Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring that participation in the sweepstakes and acceptance of any prize complies with their employer's gift, ethics and compliance policies.

Employees, officers, directors and representatives of the Promoter, and their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Entry Period

The sweepstakes is open only during Microsoft Ignite 2026 at the Moscone Center, San Francisco, California (the "Event").

The exact dates and times of the prize drawings will be displayed at the Promoter's booth during the Event.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to human error, technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network failure or server failure of any kind.

3. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Prize drawings will be conducted within the Promoter's booth space or other approved Event footprint in accordance with Event requirements.

If a winner is selected and announced during the Event, the selected entrant must be physically present at the Promoter's booth at the time of the relevant drawing in order to claim the prize. If the selected entrant is not present, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

If any prize is drawn after the Event, the selected winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during entry. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Potential winners may be required to verify their eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions before receiving a prize.

Each entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Prizes

Grand Prize

One (1) Xbox Series X console.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US$499.99

Secondary Prizes

Twelve (12) copies of Grand Theft Auto VI ("GTA VI").

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US$69.99 each.

Total Prize Pool

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: US$1,339.87

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative products, except that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, local or other taxes, duties or charges arising from receipt or use of a prize.

Prizes may be awarded onsite, delivered electronically (where applicable), or shipped to a winner within thirty (30) days following winner verification.

5. Event Operations

All sweepstakes activities, winner announcements, participant queues and related activities will be conducted within the Promoter's contracted booth space or other approved Event footprint.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue or cancel the sweepstakes if required by Event management, applicable law, or where necessary to address safety concerns, crowd management issues or disruption to neighbouring exhibitors.

The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the sweepstakes is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the sweepstakes.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to any person who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter, its affiliates, agents and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize, except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy

Personal data supplied in connection with the sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at Inforcer Privacy Policy.

8. Promoter

The promoter of this sweepstakes is Inforcer Inc.
